Why laaa..women have freakin' PMS


mesti ade orang xtau PMS tu ape..haaha!PMS tu Premenstrual syndrome.Aku tak tau la orang lain mcmane, but seriously, i always have a bad pms and sure cannot tahan punye.Ade yang sampai muntah2 if PMS.i hate when the time come.arghhhh!!benci!!!Nanti mula lah emosi tak stabil kan.Asyik nak marah2, bad mood and sometimes tak pasal2 jadi sedih n menangis.Reason?dunno why!usually at this time i eat a lot n badan pun mcm kembang semacam je.haish..why la why...mcm2 nak kene layan if jadi perempuan ni, but its normal.its our body cycle.kalau tak cmni, mesti aku x normal kot.hehee~

Ade macam2 cara jugak nak redakan PMS ni.contoh nye mcm kt bwh ni:

1~Exercise!-swimming, dancing,aerobic & jogging.Mesti ramai x buat kan..kan..kan..Haha!aku pun jarang2 buat exercise.
2~Supplements - selalunye doctor suruh makan EPO(Evening primrose oil) and also take vitamin D.it helps.btulke?ntahla..Ade jugak orang yang tak sesuai makan EPO ni.Haritu aku pg jumpe doctor, die bagi EPO yg besa2 jari ni, mmg tak la aku nak makan kan.hehe!
3~Healthy diet - makanla makanan yang sihat & seimbang.There's a studies show that women who consume large quantities of caffeine, alcohol, and salt are more likely to suffer from premenstrual symptoms. Really?patutla..aku hari2 minum coffee.sigh~
4~Tuam dengan air panas -isi air panas dlm botol(botol yang keras sket,botol mineral letak air panas nnti lembik lak) then tuam2 kat bhgn yang sakit. Aku selalu buat ni n lmmg boleh kurangkn sakit.
5~Sapu dengan minyak panas
6~Dont drink carbonated drink.Tp org kata minum je coke, mmg sakit la..tp lps tu ok.

Apa yang menambahkan ke-tentionan aku, bile time2 mcm ni kaum2 adam tolongla faham n layan je kerenah perempuan ni.kan best kalau time2 cmni ade org bg chocolates ke roses ke...at least sejuk sket hati ni.ada faham...?hehe~
